The Gospel

From the Two Trees to the Tree of Life

Trace the one story of God’s life-giving grace—from Eden’s gift and humanity’s exile, through Jesus the true Son, to the renewed creation where the nations eat from the Tree of Life.

The Two Trees

Life begins as God’s gift: humanity is welcomed into His garden, given a vocation, and taught to trust His wise boundary.

The Tree of Life stands within the abundance God provides. The other tree is not a rejection of knowledge itself; it marks the boundary between wisdom received from God and moral judgment seized apart from Him. The first human calling is therefore relational—receive life, trust the Giver, and cultivate His world in faithful fellowship.

Life is received before it is achieved.

The canonical journey

Seven movements.
One good news.

The invitation

Receive Jesus Christ.

Turn from self-rule and trust the crucified and risen Son. Salvation is God’s gift of grace, received through faith. In Christ you are forgiven, welcomed, and given the Spirit—the beginning now of the life that will fill God’s renewed creation.
