The Seven Spirits of God

One Holy Spirit in sevenfold fullness.

Isaiah reveals the Spirit of the LORD resting upon the Messiah in wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the fear of the LORD. These are not seven separate spirits, but the complete fullness of the one Holy Spirit revealed perfectly in Jesus Christ and forming His people.

The Spirit of Wisdom

Wisdom receives God’s pattern and embodies truth with love, timing, humility, and faithful action.

Biblical wisdom is more than intelligence or accumulated information. It is skill for living in harmony with the character and purpose of God. In Jesus, wisdom becomes visible: truth and grace meet, power serves love, and every response agrees with the Father. The Spirit of wisdom forms this same Christ-centred life in us, shaping decisions, relationships, work, stewardship, and speech into a beautiful witness to the Kingdom.
