The Spirit of Might
Might supplies holy courage and endurance so that revelation becomes obedient, loving action.
The Spirit’s might is not domination, spectacle, or the magnification of human ego. It is the strength of God placed at the service of holy love. Jesus carries power without coercion and authority without self-exaltation. The Spirit strengthens believers to obey when obedience is costly, persevere when fruit is slow, protect the vulnerable, resist evil, reconcile relationships, and bear faithful witness to Christ.
Strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man. — Ephesians 3:16 KJV9
